Student Accomplishments:

  1. Doctoral students Bimal Devkota and Francis Udenta are recipients of 2010-2011 Eisenhower Transportation Fellowship
  2. Doctoral student Francis Udenta presents a poster at the Command, Control, and Interoperability Center for Advanced Data Analysis (CCICADA)-Research Retreat 2011 on April 2 held at the Morgan State University. His poster is entitled "A Dynamic Capacitated Arc Routing Problem for Optimal Evacuation Strategies in Disasters: Some Preliminary Results."
  3. Doctoral student Shaghayegh Shariyat alongwith Faculty Research Associate Dr. Min-Wook Kang, CATIER Center Director Dr. Manoj K. Jha, and undergraduate students Charles Miles and Corey Harper make a poster presentation entitled "A Bi-Level Multi-objective Optimization Model for Sustainable Green Infrastructure Design" at the Morgan Innovation Day held on Feb. 10, 2011 at the Miller State Senate Building, Annapolis.
  4. Undergraduate student Corey Harper receives a scholarship of $1,500 by the American Society of Highway Engineers-Chesapeake, MD Section in Spring 2011.
