Accurate speech recognition within noisy aviation environments is a very challenging research goal to accomplish. We address this challenge by examining and testing new approaches for speech recognition that involve cutting edge concepts. By exploring the integration of techniques involving signal processing, vocabulary design, and feedback systems, we aim to provide the aviation community with robust and accurate systems or algorithms for noisy environments. Our research considers multi-lingual systems, stress effects, temporal voice changes, etc.
