TONY E. GRAHAM

Mr. Graham has over 16 years of experience in the management, design, and construction of various project types that include residential, educational, religious, and government facilities. Mr. Graham specializes in project management, architectural design, programming, market analysis, feasibility study, and three-dimensional computer generated rendering presentation, which he has applied to several building types. Mr. Graham possesses excellent communications skills and has six (6) plus years of Microstation 3D design and teaching experience.

Consisting of 42 single family 2,800sf to 3,800sf units at $370,000.00. 101 single family 1,600sf to 2,800sf units at $250,000.00. 192 - 1,2,&3 bedroom luxury apartments from 710sf to 1200sf at $710.00 to $1,000.00 per unit per month. Two - 18 hole PGA 110 acre golf courses, Two 3,000sf golf club buildings, 60 acre golf training site, 2,000sf bank, 1,500sf service center, 3,000sf child day center, 2,500sf health club, 2,000sf service center, 300 acres open space - projected $10 mil to $25 million development over 15 years.

Market Analysis/Feasibility Study: Proposed 100 acre Planned Golf Course Community, Tallahassee, Florida. Consisting of single family units, 18 hole golf course and 50 tee driving range; projected $10 mil lion development over 15 years.

Historical District Renovation, Ft. Belvoir, Virginia: Programming /Project Architect in preparing post-wide requirements contract for window replacement and repair of 16 historical buildings within Ft. Belvoir's historic district at $3.5 million.

Administration/Warehouse Renovation, Ft. Belvoir, Virginia: Renovation of one-story 30,000 SF warehouse space into administration/warehouse space at $550,000. U.S.Army Corp of Engineers, Europe District: Responsible for developing education training manuals for Microstation and Intergraph products. Lead Instructor for EUD Cadd Resource Training Center. Specializing in Microstation, 3D Rendering, ModelView, Advanced Microstation. Duties included extensive travel throughout Europe, hardware/software setup on Unix, Dos and Window operating systems.

U.S.Army Corp of Engineers, Europe District: Responsible for managing the design of fourteen (14) elementary, middle, and high schools for the Department of Defense Dependent Schools with a total program value in excess of $90 million.

Department of Defense Dependent Schools, Europe District: Responsible for managing the design and construction of thirty (30) elementary, middle, and high schools for the Department of Defense Dependent Schools with a total program value in excess of $90 million.

USMCA WSB Directorate of Engineering, Contract Management Division, Wiesbaden, Germany: Served as Chief of Service Contracts Branch. Responsible for contractor compliance of multiple building and services contracts with a total program value in excess of $12 million. Supervised construction personnel. Represented the United States as Contracting Officer and provided technical engineering assistance in the selection and awarding of contracts.
