Design the floor layout for a two-storied building that must 
be accomodated within a site which is 40'x70', with the 40' 
edge parallel to a East-West rural road called Dorsey Lane. 
Curb-to-curb width of Dorsey Lane is 30'. 
Allow for given constraints.

DESIRED OUTPUT

I need to get from you - 4 items:

-  SITE PLAN         - showing relation of the road to the 
                       site, site size, orientation, notes, 
                       labels, clearances, proposed bldg 
                       outline etc.
-  FIRST FLOOR PLAN  - floor layout, labeled rooms, walls, 
                       furniture etc.
-  SECOND FLOOR PLAN - same as above
-  FRONT ELEVATION   - the front view of the building 
                       (viewed from Dorsey Ln) 
                       with appropriate dimensions
