If you'd like to submit an article, please e-mail it to ntc@morgan.edu. Articles must be no more than 500 words and in a compatible word processing program, preferably Microsoft Word. Submissions should detail a general transportation issue, trend, event, or topic. JPEGS (300 dpi) of illustrations and photographs are welcome. The deadlines for submissions are April 1 for the Spring/Summer issue (covers newas and events from January-June), and October 1 for the Fall/Winter issue (covers July-December).
