Materials Research Society:
The Materials Research Society is an organization of materials reserchers from academia, industry, and government that promotes communication for the advancement of interdisciplinary materials research to improve the quality of life. In this publication, an experiment investigating the effect of strain rate on tensile ductility of moisture-induced embrittlement of CO3Ti alloys using a tensile test and scanning electron microscope fractography.

Materials Research Society:
Another publication by the Materials Research Society was produced explaining the theory of a paradox of strength and ductility in metals processed by severe plastic deformation. Coventional methods of forming increased the strength of the metal but reduced the ductility.

Sun-Tec Corporation:
Sun-Tec Corporation is a supplier of both sales and service in the area of precision testing equipment. Information on equipment such as Rockwell, Brinell, Micro and Macro Indentation as well as Ductility, Tensile and Compression testers is available.

Canadian Metallurgical Quarterly:
As a part of the Canada Institute for Scientific and Technical Information, this publication produces information related to breakthroughs in Metallurgical science. In this publication, Four tool steels were tested by hot torsion deformation in which carbide contributed to an increase in strength but reduction in ductility.

Causeeffect.org:
The following article written by Carl R. Littmann gives a simplified approach to metal tensile stregth using concepts of Guericke and Venturi. Conceptual comparisons are made providing a simplified summary of the subject as well as detailed illustrations describing metal behavior.

Strength of Materials:
This site examines the fundamentals of strength in materials by defining such terms as stress, starin, stiffness, and toughness. This page is derived from a conglomorate of sites that relate the fields of art, science, music, and culture.

Ultimate Tensile Strength:
This publication features the definition of Ultimate Tensile Strength, using basic theorems and detailed stress-strain curve diagrams.

Materials Science and Engineering Laboratory:
This site is the Ceramics division of the MAterials Science and Engineering Laboratory for the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The information present is dedicated to measurements and standards used in applications by universities and industry. The term Eutectic is defined giving a brief summary on its relevance as well as a detailed Wall Colmonoy Corporation:
Wall Colmony Corporation for the last 65 years is a recognized supplier of metallurgical products and services in the industry. Also available on the website is an array of information on recent news and applications. This section explains the range between Solidus and Liquidus as well as the eutectic point.

EV Group(EVG):
EVG is a recognized leader in microsytems technology. The company is as well as website is devoted to the manufacturing of MEMS and semiconductor production equipment. In this publication, the anodic bonding of silicon and glass wafers is fully examined. These wafers have high alkali metal content depending on its euctectic point as a technique within the method of intermediate-layer bonding.

Interflux USA, Inc:
InterFlux USA, Inc. manufactures and distributes various high quality Soldering systems. This site is dedicated to their products and news in the ecological and economical advances of their business. The development of the product, Six-Sigma Electrolyte Solder, is promoted and evaluated. The influence of the solder quality and purity is directly identified with the eutectic point which analyzes the characteristics of the solder and alloys used, specifically refering to its melting point.

FIC Technology:
FIC is the most important European manufacturer of eutectic plates. These plates consist of two steel sheets, rollwelded together, filled with a solution whose freezing point is fixed, eutectic point.
