A.B. in German and Economics, Georgia Southern College, Statesboro, GA, 1970, Cum Laude.

Courses Given: Transportation Economics, Physical Distribution, Public Transportation Systems and Supervised Research

Present Research: Research for a chapter on metropolitan transportation policy for a book entitled Urban Problems, Urban Opportunities: Baltimore and its Region in National Perspective. Research on the benefits and costs of Commercial Vehicle Information Systems and Networks (CVISN)in Maryland.

Areas of Interest: Transportation, land use and environmental research and planning. Knowledge of strategic planning and management, quantitative methods, benefit/cost and cost effectiveness analyses, life cycle costing of infrastructure, economic development.
